Why I built Attensive

Sameer Noorani
Founder & CEO, Attensive
I started Attensive after building large-scale video and AI systems in production. At Reacher (Y Combinator S25), I built and scaled a distributed system that indexed millions of videos with multi-GPU inference and self-hosted multimodal models, returning sub-2-second results. Earlier I was Head of Engineering at Careforce (YC F24) and founded Shifthive and ShiftPosts (acquired). Attensive applies that same engineering to a focused problem: turning the cameras already running in docks, conveyors, and warehouses into measurements operations teams can act on.
