Why I built Attensive
Sameer Noorani
Founder & CEO, Attensive
I started Attensive because facilities already have cameras everywhere, but operations teams still rely on manual checks and expensive hardware to measure what is moving through them. I have spent my career building video, AI, and operations software. At Reacher (Y Combinator S25), I built a system that indexed millions of videos. Before that, I was Head of Engineering at Careforce (YC F24) and founded Shifthive and ShiftPosts (acquired). Attensive brings that experience to a practical goal: turn the cameras and phones teams already have into measurements they can use.
